The skeleton, also known as transformer skeleton, or transformer wire frame, which is called Bobbin in English, is the main structure part of the transformer.Transformer is widely used in today's society, and corresponding subject is also indispensable, so at present, skeleton has an irreplaceable role.

The role of folding and editing in the transformer

The functions of the skeleton in the transformer are as follows:

1. Provide winding space for copper wires in the transformer;

 

2. The magnetic core in the fixed transformer.

 

3. The wireway in the skeleton provides the wireway path for transformer winding production.

 

4. The metal pin in the skeleton is the support for winding copper wire of the transformer;After soldering tin is connected with PCB plate, it can conduct electricity when the transformer works.

 

5. The baffle at the bottom of the skeleton can make the transformer and the PCB plate play a fixed role;It provides a certain distance space for solder stack and PCB board, and magnetic core and PCB board.Isolate the magnetic core from the tin reactor to avoid poor pressure resistance.

 

6. The convex point, concave point or chamfer in the skeleton can determine the placement direction or stitch sequence when the transformer is used.
