The epitaxial composition of 365nm UV is close to the limit of InGaN material, and the reliability of the epitaxial layer quality, wafer fabrication process and electrode design optimization is more important. The new version of 46mil365nmUV incorporates high-temperature low-doped indium gallium nitride high-speed electron diffusion structure, and with the new electrode of n-AlGaN, enhances the lateral conduction of electrons, and solves the current diffusion of n-AlGaN. Poor problems, which in turn increase overall brightness, and the uniform spread of current to the entire die, the operating temperature spreads evenly throughout the die, which increases the reliability of the new 365nm UVLED (Figure 4). In the light intensity distribution, the new 365nm UVLED light intensity in the area of ​​1500 ~ 2000a.u. accounted for 80% of all areas, while the old 365nm LED light intensity in the area of ​​1500 ~ 2000 accounted for about 55% of all areas, the other 35 % is distributed between 1000 and 1500 a.u.
