Previously, a joke mocking the operator caused a lot of repercussions on the Internet. The reason is that China Unicom has launched a wide range of cooperative cards with low traffic prices, but without exception, only new users can apply, and old users are naturally dissatisfied. So there is a spit on "old users and dogs can't handle".

Since the country began to advocate "speed up and fee reduction", old users have almost become the "punching bag" of the three major operators. However, the problem with the three major operators is not just the negative treatment of old users, but also the "sorrow" of operation in their operating model.

In the era of the Internet of Things, communication operators still face a huge threat of being marginalized

Kill one

The old users of the operators are really miserable, and they are played in the hands of the operators. "Old users and dogs are not allowed to handle" this situation is one of them. It is not surprising to be selectively ignored.

Previously, the State Council’s inspection team found that operators often only offered selection discounts to new customers, and did not inform or permit old customers. As a result, many old customers either spent more fees or had to change their numbers.

In many cases, old users just think about it and they choose to be forbearing if they have more than ten or twenty yuan, which makes the arrogance of the operators even more arrogant.

Kill two

Of course, the operators' tricks for dealing with old users are not just not notifying and not handling, but also high-achieving and low-achieving.

A reporter went to the offline branch of the business hall to apply for package replacement, and was told: You can only upgrade the package. If you want to change to the cheaper package, you can only wait for the current package to end. If you want to use it, you can only cancel the number and re-apply for the mobile phone number. .

Moreover, when you choose to cancel the number, you will find that many offline business halls do not have such authority at all. The salesperson will "enthusiastically" recommend some high-end business to you, if you refuse to wait for you, it will be cold face. Then, you can only go to a place far away to find an authorized business hall to discard the number and re-apply.

Invisible consumption

The tariff standards of operators are not open and transparent, not only are familiar, but also selectively inform consumers, and the implicit terms and additional conditions contained in the package fees are often not prompted.

What you see is what I want you to see, what I don't want you to see, it has already happened when you see it. This is probably the true voice of the current operator's business routines. Many users complained about it, and because they didn't know, they handled a ringing service. What's more, I have handled other business by myself, but the original business is still deducting fees.

Unlimited "scam"

I don’t know how many people jumped up happily when they heard that the traffic was not limited, but in the real process of using it, they found that after using it for a period of time every day, the speed of the mobile phone’s internet speed was simply stuck in suspicious life.

The so-called unlimited supply of traffic is just a good trap for publicity. Whether it is China Mobile, China Unicom or Telecom, there are upper limits on traffic and speed. After reaching the threshold, the traffic will start to slow down and stop. This should be a lot of people who use fast traffic. Experience.

Broadband binding number

The three major operators have both mobile communications and wired broadband services. In order to retain customers, bundling mobile phones and broadband has become a common method for operators.

However, this also brings a lot of inconvenience to consumers. Once you find a cheaper and more affordable broadband package, if you want to change, then you can only change the number, there is no other way. In fact, this is also a manifestation of the operator's approach of "high-achieving, low-achieving".

All Netcom and number portability restrictions

Nowadays, many mobile phones have realized full Netcom, and one mobile phone supports multiple operators. However, when you actually use it, you will find that there are still limitations.

Take Huawei mobile phone mate8 as an example. Card 1 of the mobile phone can use 4G of Unicom and China Mobile. If you want to use 4G of Telecom, you can only put it on Card 2.

This also involves the issue of number portability and network transfer. Mobile phone card numbers are bound to our bank cards, email addresses, and social accounts. If you want to change to another operator, the work behind it will cause you a headache, and you may not be able to handle it all.

All of the above are actually the "sorrows" on the surface of the operators, and they are "extraordinary incidents" made under business pressure. The real "sorrow" of operators is that their profitability appears to be stretched under the background of speeding up and reducing fees. Many routines are just to cover up their inner hesitation.

We use China Mobile's financial report for the first half of 2018 as a reference. Statistics show that China Mobile's operating income in the first half of the year was 391.8 billion yuan, an increase of 2.9% over the same period last year, and its net profit was 65.6 billion yuan, an increase of 4.7% over the same period last year. This number looks pretty good, even a huge profit. But China Mobile Chairman Shang Bing's interpretation is this. "China Mobile's user growth and traffic share are in a downward range, and the biggest pressure comes from unlimited traffic tariff packages."

From the data point of view, the monthly consumption of a user in my country has increased from 1.5G in 2017 to about 4.05G in 2018, but in terms of tariffs, the average mobile data tariff is 46.2% lower than in 2017. Taken together, the result is that traffic increases, users do not increase, and tariffs decrease. The result is that operators' pipeline attributes are becoming more and more obvious, and there are no other business shining points.

In the mobile Internet stage, the rising BAT has become a big mountain between operators and users, monopolizing more than 90% of high-quality traffic. Among them, the biggest impact is WeChat after the issuance of 3G licenses. Operators’ call services and short message service functions are quickly replaced, especially the short message service, which has reached the twilight of its life cycle. In the era of mobile Internet, BAT's high revenue and high profit are based on the network laid by operators.

This situation has not been alleviated in the era of 5G and the Internet of Things, and even more so. At present, 4G networks have almost achieved full coverage, and the increase in network speed has brought us great convenience. However, the operators have not actually made money back from the 4G network. 5G has arrived. If the operators continue to lay the basic network facilities and ignore the enabling end, then more Internet giants are likely to make the operators happy. However, 5G will be a brand new hardware upgrade, which is stronger than China Mobile and cannot be completed alone. Under the conditions of win-win cooperation, operators are expected to find new breakthroughs in profitability.

Operators can still think of ways on 5G, and the current development of the Internet of Things completely puts operators in the position of pipeline providers. At present, the Internet of Things that is more friendly to operators is NB-IoT, which can be based on operators' mobile cellular technology, and operators can play a leading role in the network. However, the network layer is only a part of the application of the Internet of Things. If operators are single-minded and unable to take care of other things, they are likely to become pure tariff collectors and are gradually moving away from the hardware and application markets of the Internet of Things. Secondly, LoRa uses unlicensed frequency bands, so users can get rid of operators and build networks independently. If LoRa takes off, then the position of operators in the era of the Internet of Things will really be marginalized. The GSMA stated in the "Network 2020" report: In the entire ecosystem of the future IoT development, the value of the operator's IoT pipeline is still only 2%, and the operator still faces a huge threat of being marginalized in the IoT era.

In short, the pipeline trend of operators is unavoidable, and the implementation of refined traffic management is the inevitable way out. However, it is hoped that operators will stop "venting their anger" with users when they are looking for a way out.

Three phase Voltage Regulator

The New Electric Power energy stabilizer is a device to stabilize the input voltage, which is composed of a voltage regulating circuit, a control circuit, and a servo motor. When the voltage fluctuation is caused by the voltage fluctuation or load change of the external power supply network, the control circuit will sample, compare, and amplify, and then drive the servo motor to rotate, so that the position of the voltage regulator changes. By automatically adjusting the coil turn ratio, the output voltage can be automatically maintained stable. It has the advantages of large capacity, high efficiency, no waveform distortion, stable voltage regulation, etc. It is applicable to a wide range of loads, can withstand instantaneous overload, can work continuously for a long time, manual/automatic switching, is equipped with overvoltage protection, phase loss, phase sequence protection and mechanical fault automatic protection, and has the advantages of small size, light weight, convenient use and installation, reliable operation, etc
