In the afternoon, a customer sent a 22-inch TPV monitor and said, "No power, how much does it cost?"
I connected the monitor to the power, see the panel indicator is not bright, I feel that the power board may be burned, it is said that the brown green brown is repaired. The customer feels a bit expensive, saying: "I am repairing the computer, people only say 120 yuan, change the board! I will take you here to repair."
After he said this, he found that the buckles under the back cover of the monitor were not closed. There is no room for negotiation, saying: "I only repair, do not change the board. There is not much brown-green brown. If you want to repair, leave a call, and if you fix it, call you, and take it if you don't fix it."
The customer had to leave a call and left.
I opened the back cover, removed the power board, and powered up to measure the power supply filter capacitor at both ends of 320V. Re-measure the output voltage 5V, 12V voltage are normal!
There are no indicators on the panel. Is the motherboard broken? Quickly remove the motherboard after power off, measure the motherboard has 5V to enter, measure the 3.3V regulator tube is also normal, go to the button board. Test the standby button at both ends, no voltage!
The resistance of the standby key at both ends of the power-off test is only 20 ohms. Remove this button and measure the board, which is still short-circuited. Unplug the key control board and measure the black-orange, black-red, and 3.3V on the motherboard foot. After plugging in the key control board, there is no voltage at the black-orange. The keypad also has only a few chip resistors, several buttons and a three-leg indicator. Is it shorted at the connection head?
After the power was cut off, I re-welded the five wire joints with a soldering iron, and then scraped the gap with the hands. The standby button was used at both ends, and the short circuit disappeared! Re-install the standby button, the power-on indicator lights up, press the standby button, the screen is on.
Finally, power off the 703 glue at the five wire joints, and install the machine test signal is normal. Call the customer to pick up the plane. And attach this machine program to share with everyone.
