In the announcement of the reply to the national SME share transfer system, Hangzhou Guoxin disclosed that the company had reformed and prepared the application materials in 2009, and plans to apply for the GEM IPO in 2010. However, due to insufficient preparation of the company’s state-owned shareholders’ equity confirmation, the application has not been reported. It can be completed in the first half of 2010. At the same time, due to certain changes in the market operation environment in which the company was located in 2010, the operating results in the first half of the year decreased year-on-year. It is expected that the 2010 annual results will also decline to a certain extent compared with 2009, resulting in non-compliance. The requirements for the issuance of the Interim Measures for the Initial Public Offering of Stocks on the GEM Listing (2009), the company has not formally submitted IPO filing materials to the CSRC.
According to the data of the Dixinbeisan Institute, the company's main business is the development of complete solutions for digital audio and video IC design and chip applications. The digital audio and video integrated circuit products developed at the current stage are mainly concentrated in the digital TV field, including three categories: (1) digital TV channel demodulation chips adapted to various transmission modes such as satellite, terrestrial, and cable; (2) adapted to MPEG2. H.264, AVS+, H.265 and other digital video source decoding chips for audio and video decoding standards; (3) Digital TV demodulation and decoding single chip with monolithic integration of demodulation and decoding functions.
Since its inception, the company has been focusing on technology development for digital TV transmission standards for independent intellectual property rights. As of July 2015, the company's total chip sales exceeded 150 million pieces, making it one of the most complete and top-selling local chip design companies in the domestic digital TV field. Fully mastered all kinds of digital TV transmission core technologies, and through innovation and development, achieved technology and product coverage under different transmission modes. The overall technology is at the domestic leading level, and it is the only one in China that can provide satellites (ABS-S, DVB). -S, DVB-S2), cable (DVB-C), terrestrial (DTMB-T, DVB-T, DVB-T2) chip design companies for full line demodulation products.
In recent years, the gross profit margin of the company's main business has shown a downward trend. The gross profit margins of the main business in 2013, 2014 and January-July 2015 were 41.80%, 38.70% and 28.10% respectively.
