1 Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking methods, packaging, transportation and storage conditions for LED street lamps for roads, street roads, tunnel lighting and other outdoor public places.
This standard applies to LED street lights.
LED street light refers to the road lighting fixture with LED as the light-emitting device. Compared with the traditional street lamp with high-pressure sodium lamp and metal halide lamp as the light source, it has the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection and long life.

5 technical requirements
5.1 Appearance structure
5.1.1 Appearance requirements: uniform paint color, no porosity, no cracks, no impurities; the coating must be tightly adhered to the base material; the surface of the components of the LED street lamp system should be smooth and flat, and should not be scratched. Defects such as injuries, cracks, and deformation.
5.1.2 Dimensional requirements: The external dimensions shall comply with the drawings.
5.1.3 Material requirements: The materials used in the various components of the system and their structural design shall comply with the drawings.

5.1.4 Assembly requirements: The fastening screws on the surface of the luminaire should be tightened, the edges should be free of burrs and sharp edges, and the connections should be firm and not loose.
If necessary, the requirements for fastening, connecting and sealing of the lamps shall comply with the provisions of Section 4.12 of GB7000.1-2002.
5.2 Environmental conditions
5.2.1 The product can work reliably in the temperature range of -25 °C ~ 40 °C.
5.2.2 The product can be reliably stored in the temperature range of -40 ° C ~ 85 ° C.
5.2.3 The product can work reliably at a relative humidity of ≤95% RH.
5.2.4 Intermittent exposure of the product under vibration conditions will not endanger the normal operation of the product.
5.2.5 The free fall of the product during handling will not endanger the normal operation of the product.
5.2.6 The product can work reliably at atmospheric pressure of 86~106kPa.




5.3 working power supply
5.3.1 LED street lamp The rated voltage of the whole lamp is divided into two categories according to the market condition of the area of ​​use:
I. Major countries in China, Australia and Europe:

5.3.2 LED module drive circuit input voltage is divided into two categories:
I. Rated voltage: DC24V, the applicable range is DC22V~DC26V;
II. Rated voltage: DC55V, the applicable range is DC52V~DC60V.
5.4 Performance requirements
5.4.1 LED street lamps need to have a good heat dissipation system to ensure that the temperature of the aluminum-based circuit board should not exceed 71 °C when the LED street lamp is working under normal conditions.
5.4.2 LED street lights should have over-temperature protection.
5.4.3 LED street lights with power-regulating temperature control circuits should have power-regulating temperature control capability.
5.4.4 LED street light should have abnormal protection of control circuit. LED street light must be equipped with 3C or UL or VDE certified fuse device as overcurrent protection when circuit is abnormal.




5.4.5 LED street lamps should have anti-LED abnormal working ability, that is, in LED street lamps, each LED series is driven by an independent constant current source circuit, and the constant current circuit should ensure safe operation under the condition of LED breakdown short circuit abnormality, and The current is stable.


5.4.6 LED street lamps should have moisture-proof and moisture-releasing breathing functions. The internal circuit boards of LED street lamps must be protected from moisture. The lamps must have waterproof and breathable respirators to ensure that the lamps can still be stabilized after being wet, and they work on their own. The heat removes the water vapor.
5.4.7 LED street light total light flux and lamp energy consumption ratio ≥ 56.0lm / W.
5.4.8 LED street light single lamp illumination uniformity ≥ 0.4.
5.4.9 LED street light Single lamp on the road surface should be a rectangle.
5.4.10 LED thermal resistance should be ≤12 °C / W.
5.5 Safety requirements
LED street lamps should meet the requirements of GB7000.5. The LED modules for general lighting should meet the requirements of IEC62031. The electronic control devices for AC or DC power supply for LED modules should meet the requirements of IEC61347-2-13 and IEC62384.
5.6 Electromagnetic compatibility requirements
The insertion loss, disturbance voltage, radiated electromagnetic disturbance and harmonic current of LED street lamps shall comply with GB17743 and GB17625.1.

5.7 enclosure protection level
LED street lights should have an enclosure rating of IP66 or higher.
5.8 Lighting design requirements
LED street lights shall comply with the requirements of CJJ45-2006 standard after installation according to the specified installation specifications.
5.9 laser radiation
After the LED street lamp is installed in the specified height of the lamp post, the laser radiation in the illuminated surface 2 meters above the ground shall not exceed the limit of Class I laser radiation classified according to GB 7247.1.
5.10 LED street lamp reliability
The average trouble-free working time (MTBF) of LED street lights should be no less than 50,000 hours.




5.11 LED street light source life
The average life of an LED street light source under normal conditions of use should be greater than 50,000 hours.
Note: The luminous flux is less than 70% of the initial installation and is considered to be the end of its useful life.
6. Test method
6.1 Appearance structure check
6.1.1 Visual inspection: visual inspection, the appearance shall comply with the provisions of 5.1.1.
6.1.2 Dimensional inspection: Measured with a tape measure or similar tool, the dimensions shall comply with the provisions of 5.1.2.
6.1.3 Material inspection: visual inspection, the material shall comply with the provisions of 5.1.3.
6.1.4 Assembly inspection: visual inspection, if necessary, pass the test inspection of Section 4.12 of GB7000.1-2002, the assembly shall comply with

6.2 Environmental conditions test
6.2.1 High and low temperature work test test shall comply with the provisions of 5.2.1; test temperature is -25 ° C and +40 ° C, the test time is 96 ??? 2 hours.
6.2.1.1 High temperature work test shall be carried out according to the Bd class specified in GB/T2423.2.
6.2.1.1.1 Initial test The test sample shall be inspected for appearance and structure in an indoor environment with an ambient temperature of 25 ° C and 5 ° C and a relative humidity of 55% to 5% RH, and shall be rated and rated. 6.2.1.1.3 Final test The test sample shall be inspected for appearance and structure in an indoor environment with an ambient temperature of 25 ° C and 5 ° C and a relative humidity of 55% to 5% RH, and then passed the rated voltage and rating. b) At this temperature, the test sample is energized for 96 h at rated voltage and rated frequency, and the duration should be calculated from when the temperature reaches a stable state.

d) Cut off the power of the test chamber, take the test sample out of the box and recover at room temperature for 2 h.
6.2.1.2.3 Final inspection is carried out in accordance with 6.2.1.1.3
6.2.1.2.4 The test results are judged according to 6.2.1.1.4.
6.2.2 High and low temperature storage test The test shall comply with the provisions of 5.2.2; the test temperature shall be -40 ° C and +85 ° C, and the test time shall be 96 ??? 2 hours each.
6.2.2.1 High temperature storage test shall be carried out according to the Bb class specified in GB/T2423.2

6.2.2.2 Low temperature storage test shall be carried out according to Ab class specified in GB/T2423.1.

6.2.3 Environmental test The test shall comply with the provisions of 5.2.3; the test temperature shall be carried out under the conditions of 40 ° C and relative humidity of 95% RH, and the test time shall be 96 ??? 2 hours each.
6.2.3.1 Constant damp heat test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2423.3.
6.2.3.1.1 The initial test is carried out in accordance with 6.2.1.1.1.

6.3 working power test

6.3.1 LED street light The whole lamp shall work according to its applicable country and region at its corresponding rated voltage and rated frequency. Its working current and power consumption shall meet the requirements in the product specification. Illumination is normally illuminable under the applicable input voltage range and frequency range of the power supply, and the illuminance uniformity measured by the method of 6.2.1.1.1 at the highest voltage and the lowest voltage of the voltage range The illuminance uniformity measured by the method of 6.2.1.1.1 at rated voltage shall not exceed 10%.
