(TI) today announced the availability of a robust voice and fax processing module for voice transcoding and VoIP media gateway solutions, further enriching its extensive voice processing software. Voice Library Version 1.0 (VoLIB) and Fax Library Version 1.0 (FAXLIB) build on TI's proven Telogy SoftwareTM for the first time in target code for the TI TMS320C55x Ultra Low Power (ULP) and TMS320C64x+ Digital Signal Processors ( DSP) is provided. VoLIB and FAXLIB combine TI DSP technology to reduce development time and provide OEMs with an open environment to differentiate their products with specific modules in TI's voice and fax libraries.
