Konka TV Wireless Setup Procedure
1, wireless connection requires wireless network card, wireless router, Konka TV;
(Note: If Konka TV doesn't have a built-in wireless WIFI module, it needs a wireless card)
If the TV needs wireless Internet access, you need to use an external wireless network card. There are requirements for the chip type of the wireless network card. The chip models supporting the wireless network card are RTL8191SU, RTL3070, and RTL8712. If the incoming page contains a movie studio, a photo studio, etc., the wireless network card chip model is RTL8187, RTL8187B, RTL8187L.
2. After the wireless router and computer are properly connected, please connect the wireless network card to the TV;
3, TV menu - Network Settings - Wireless Settings - SSID (search router device), encryption type (WPA encryption), IP type selection automatically, and finally click "Settings" to connect wirelessly;
When the wireless network cannot connect to the network
1. Please confirm that the wireless router and wireless network card you are using are all usable;
2. The signal strength of the wireless network is too low;
3. When there is a wireless connection, you can search for a signal, but when the connection fails, you need to check whether the encryption type, WEP length, and WEP mode settings are correct.
Please confirm the parameters set by the encryption method, we can normally identify the TV:
(1) WEP encryption is used. The settings are as follows: Select Open for authentication, select 64 Bit for WEP encryption, select ASCII for key, set one key, and set 5 passwords.
(2) WPA encryption (common) is used. The settings are as follows: TKIP is selected for the password type, PSK is selected for the PSK/EAP, and 8 bits are required for the password.
