Shenzhen seized millions of smuggled hard disks Yesterday morning, the Shenzhen Border Defense Corps, near Huafa North Road in Futian District, seized 140 boxes of computer hard disks such as Western Digital and Seagate that were suspected of smuggling, and the case value was nearly one million yuan.

The Shenzhen border defense detachment received a report and said that it had specially collected the alleged smuggling computer hard drives carried by the cross-boundary trucks from and to Shenzhen and Hong Kong from the port, and sold them after hoarding. At 9:00 a.m. yesterday morning, the detachment’s intelligence personnel had accurate clues and a man would go to the cargo storage point to pick up the goods. After receiving the report, the detachment's investigators immediately followed the man to the cargo storage point near Huafa North Road. Just when the man opened the storage gate to pick up the goods, the detachment case handler immediately stepped forward to control the man and a woman who was ready to pick up the goods.

After checking the storage location of the cargo, the frontier officers and men found that the cardboard boxes stacked in the room contained 1000GB and 2000GB high-capacity "WD", "Seagate" and other brand computer hard drives.
