The EVC 250 is a safety device developed specifically for this application. The contactor achieves a continuous 250A rated current and can carry up to 6,000A of overcurrent for 20ms without affecting any critical performance. Excessive overcurrent may limit the switching function but will not cause any dangerous conditions. The EVC 250's switchgear is optimized to cut off current completely even at low altitudes up to 5,000 meters. In addition, because the EVC 250 is non-inflated, there is no need for repair and replacement due to pressure loss or air leaks; and when the current greatly exceeds the current limit, excess pressure can be released without damaging the case. , greatly reducing the possibility of explosive damage to components. The EVC 250's innovative design achieves a compact size of 93 x 55.3 x 49.8mm for fully automated production. In the EVC 250 Standard Edition, the coils used for pick-up and hold are separate, and the automatic switch is placed inside; the other version is pulse width modulation (PWM) with a single coil.
