1.2 Domestic Smart City Process

On January 29, 2013, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development announced the first batch of national smart city pilot lists.

On April 10, 2013, the Smart City Creation Task Book Weaving Training Conference organized by the Building Energy Conservation and Technology Department of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development was held in Beijing.

On August 29, 2014, with the approval of the State Council, the Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Land and Resources, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and the Ministry of Communications issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Healthy Development of Smart Cities."

2015 is the first year of implementation of the scale of smart city construction. The author believes that it is also the starting point for China's urban construction to begin to overtake the developed countries.

1.3 Smart City Architecture

The overall architecture of Huawei Smart City Solution is shown in Figure 1.

2, smart lighting

2.1 Smart lighting is based on intelligent lighting

Smart lighting is a more advanced stage of intelligent lighting.

2.2 Smart lighting is lighting non-lighting

Smart lighting is based on human planning and design, covering all lighting, carrying smart city perception layer and application layer multiple subsystems, capable of human-computer interaction, expressing emotions, and conforming to the development trend of nature. Wisdom lighting has its own programming language and lighting language. The lighting language expresses joy and sorrow in the process of depicting history, culture, art, humanity, and the emergence and emphasis of the universe, the world, the ancient and modern city, and the human landscape. It can be discovered, perceived, and experienced by people of different national boundaries, different skin colors, different races, different languages, and different backgrounds, thus resonating. Wisdom illumination not only satisfies the different needs of light in the universe, but also subverts the universe and the world of color and shape that can be seen by human eyes. 2.4 Smart Lighting has a complete industrial chain

In August 2015, the Shanghai Urban and Rural Construction and Transportation Committee issued the “Technical Specifications for Road LED Lighting Applications” CDG/TJ08-2182-2015).

In June 2015, the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China issued the “Technical Requirements for the Application of LED Urban Road Lighting” (GB/T31832-2015).

In November 2015, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China promulgated the industry standard “City Road Lighting Design Standards” (CJJ45-2015).

In July 2016, the National Semiconductor Lighting Engineering R&D and Industry Alliance Standards Committee (CSAS) Management Committee approved the application of the “Intelligent Lighting System Architecture and Technical Reference Model” (CSA045), and the CSAS Secretariat is now issuing an invitation to the full members. The above drafting group was formed to be responsible for the development of standards.

(3) Standards and protocols are shared across borders. The TALQ specification defines an application layer protocol between a central management system and an outdoor lighting network. The TALQ protocol is based on standard Internet protocols and security standards. The main functions supported by it are multi-level control of single lights. Calendar and programming features, monitoring and data logging capabilities, and support for scalability and security, making it possible to interoperate with outdoor lighting networks; the Fairhair Alliance is close to mainstream ecosystems such as BACnet, KNX and ZigBee Collaborate to transform these technologies into IoT technology, building a unified building network infrastructure including IoT devices such as sensors, lighting, thermostats, dimmers, etc. as the basis for interoperable lighting and building automation systems .

2.4.2 Light source, electrical appliances, lamps, controls, sensors, etc.

At present, there are more than 10,000 domestic LED manufacturers, LEDs from the production of epitaxial wafers, chip preparation, chip packaging, LED lighting modular production and LED product application, and a relatively complete industrial chain; With more than 400 lighting drive power companies, driven by the development of smart lighting, in 2015, domestically produced LED drive power technology is improving day by day, high energy efficiency, miniaturization, integration, intelligence, digital power technology become LED power supply. 2.4.3 Smart Lighting Solutions

2.4.4 Standardization of hardware production in smart city subsystems

These subsystems are reasonable in structure, easy to install and maintain. Through the background interaction with the intelligent lighting management subsystem, it plays an irreplaceable leading role in the smart city system engineering (Figure 9).

2.5 Smart Lighting has a strong leading company

In 2015, there were 37 lighting companies in the A-share listed companies. The annual report disclosed data, accounting for 70.3% of the growth in revenue. The growth of the LED lighting market continued to expand, but the net profit growth only accounted for 56%. %.
