2. Project overview and scope of tender

2.1 Project Overview

The construction mileage of this project is about 50 kilometers, involving 3 townships in the whole flag. This project adopts the technical standards of the fourth-grade highway, and the design speed is 20km/h. The roadbed is 5-6.5m wide and the road width is 2.5m-4.5m. Tongcun Cement Road Pavement Structure Type 16cm Cement Concrete Surface + 20cm Natural Gravel, Tongcun Cement Road Pavement Structure Type 20cm Cement Concrete Surface + 30cm Natural Sandy Gravel Foundation, Bridges and culverts are the same width as the embankment, Design load is Highway-II.

3. Bidder qualification requirements

3.1 The bid invitation requires the bidder to have the qualification of an independent enterprise legal person, possess the qualification for general contracting of the highway engineering construction grade and above, and have the corresponding construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment and funds.

3.2 The Commonwealth does not accept bids from the Consortium.

3.3 Affiliated companies with investment equity relations, or parent companies with direct management and managed relationships, or subsidiaries of the same parent company, or legal representatives of the same person, two or more legal persons may not bid on the same bid at the same time , otherwise it will be treated as scrapped.

3.4 Any enterprise that has been cancelled by the Ministry of Transport (or the former Ministry of Communications) or the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region for bidding for a road project, or an enterprise that is not qualified to participate in the tender within the penalty period, shall not participate in the bidding for this project.
